I almost forgot the congregation at Divo gave us new names! Sarah is Akissi and Logan is Kouadis... which both mean fast walker! Jordan's name is Konan, or "cool," and mine is Aya, for "simple." I don't think I've ever been called simple before, just ask my family or Chris! :)
Paige,
ReplyDeleteI cannot say thank you enough for posting on here. I know you are doing it for the whole team but it helps getting a huge source of information from a site. As I just re-read this past post for the third time, I realized that the experiences that you are writing about and the visuals that you are describing will be part of you four's long term memory----these will be memories that you guys will have for a long time. You will all come home with this experience that only few have. Your blogs
tho are helping us on the outside to share some of this with you.
I am so proud of your team----this cannot be easy but again God is using you guys. Sounds like lots of walking and lots of rice and fish. Sarah told me yesterday she is making a list of foods she wants when she gets home ha ha.
I look forward to your next update and please let the team know that they are being prayed over and for. The lives that you touch will not forget you guys and God will bless you all for giving Him this summer to do His ministry.
Love and prayers,
Susie (Sarah's mom)
Paige,
ReplyDeleteThank you for taking me to Africa through your blogging! It's incredible what you've already seen and been through. God bless you for the work that you are doing. The memories you'll cherish forever!
Blessings to you,
